Upload up to 100 prior estimates, invoices, spreadsheets, PDFs, scans, or phone photos. Supported records become traceable catalog proposals. A spoken rate that differs from the catalog stays visible so you can mark it one-off or propose an update.
One web workspace from field to desk
Use the current responsive web app on iPhone or another modern phone, then review on a laptop through the same account and backend. A native iPhone App Store app has not been released. Clean PDF output is available after review; direct QuickBooks Online sync is still coming.
