How Voice to Quote handles contractor and customer data

Tenant-scoped workspaces, retained source records, private AI processing, export access, and authenticated deletion requests.

Tenant-scoped access

A signed-in contractor is bound to that business's tenant. Customer share links are signed and only reviewed, finished estimates can be opened through them. Live customer workspaces are never used as testing environments.

Retention that supports an audit

Source documents remain available while the customer is active because catalog proposals may need to be traced back to them. On departure, the customer can request an export and deletion; residual encrypted backup copies age out within 30 days.

Private content is not our training corpus

Voice to Quote processes recordings and business records to provide the service. Vision Genesis does not use private workspace content to train its own general-purpose models.

Launch facts

  • Versioned terms and AI consent
  • No raw payment-card storage
  • Owner-authenticated deletion request
Every estimate remains the contractor's decision. Missing quantities or unpriced work must be resolved. During public launch, a new workspace also needs one concierge setup release before finalization, PDF creation, or customer sharing.
