Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between the business accepting them (“you”) and Vision Genesis, LLC (“Vision Genesis,” “Voice to Quote,” “we,” or “us”). By creating a workspace, you confirm that you can bind that business.

The service and your review obligation

Voice to Quote turns spoken field notes and uploaded business records into draft estimates using your approved price catalog and instructions. Automated output can be incomplete or wrong. You—not Voice to Quote—must review and approve scope, quantities, prices, tax, terms, and customer information before finalizing or sending an estimate. You control your estimates and your customer relationship.

During the public launch, every new workspace also requires one concierge setup release before customer-facing finalization, PDF creation, or sharing unlocks. That release is an additional safety check and does not replace your review or make us responsible for your estimate.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep sign-in links and devices secure and provide accurate account information. Do not use the service unlawfully; upload content you lack authority to use; probe another customer’s workspace; distribute malware; or use generated estimates to deceive customers. We may limit or suspend access to protect customers or the service.

Trial, subscription, and cancellation

You may create a free onboarding workspace and upload pricing history without starting a trial. A payment card is required when an owner activates quoting. Activation begins a 30-day free trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews monthly at the displayed rate plus applicable taxes. You may cancel through the billing portal; access continues as shown there. There is no seasonal-pause program.

The Summer promotion is $49.99 USD per business workspace per month through September 7, 2026, with unlimited workspace users and quotes and a waived $149 setup fee. A promotional rate remains associated with a continuously active subscription; if you cancel and later return, the then-current offer applies. We may make changes required by law, tax, payment networks, or a material change to the plan, with notice where required.

Taxes, accounting, and payments

You are responsible for determining whether and how tax applies to your estimates and may configure an optional tax rate. Voice to Quote does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or engineering advice. Stripe or another disclosed payment processor handles card details; we do not store full card numbers. The service is available through the web globally, but checkout is currently in USD and local currency conversion, tax, notices, and contracting requirements remain your responsibility. QuickBooks features are subject to Intuit authorization and availability and are not part of the current public launch promise.

Your content and our license

You retain ownership of your content. You give us a limited license to host, copy, transform, and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted recordings, photos, customer information, and business records.

Availability, disclaimers, and liability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and implied warranties are disclaimed. Neither party is liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where law prohibits them.

Termination, law, and contact

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so. Tennessee law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Knox County, Tennessee, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
