Pricing questions

Do I need a credit card to try it?

You can create a workspace and upload pricing history without a card. A card is required when you activate quoting; that is when the 30-day free trial starts.

What happens when I hire a helper?

Nothing to your bill. Flat price, no per-user fees.

Will the price go up on me later?

The Summer promotional rate stays with a continuously active subscription. Cancel and return later, and the then-current offer applies.

Can I pause for winter?

No seasonal pause is included. Cancel through the billing portal if you no longer need the service; returning later uses the then-current offer.

Are QuickBooks and taxes included?

You can configure an optional tax rate and create clean PDFs now. Direct QuickBooks Online sync is coming and is not part of the current public promise.

Why can’t a new workspace send immediately?

Create your workspace and upload pricing history immediately. During public launch, we review the starter catalog within 24 hours; after approval, add a card to start the 30-day trial and begin creating estimates.

Can I use Voice to Quote outside the United States?

The web service is globally available and the current checkout is priced in USD. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion, and you remain responsible for local tax, customer-notice, and contracting requirements.
