AI and data-processing consent
Voice to Quote works only if it can process the business material you choose to provide. At signup, the account owner agrees to the following:
What you authorize
- Transcription and automated analysis of voice recordings, photos, field notes, estimates, invoices, spreadsheets, scans, and connected records.
- Creation of draft scope, quantities, installed sell rates, catalog proposals, and estimates for your review.
- Review by a limited Vision Genesis concierge team when needed to build your catalog, resolve unsupported files or trades, provide support, or investigate safety and reliability issues.
- Use of specialized service providers to perform hosting, AI processing, payments, email, and any accounting connection you separately authorize.
Your controls
Catalog changes stay proposed until an authorized person in your workspace approves them. A spoken price that differs from an approved catalog rate is shown for review and treated as one-off unless you elect to propose a catalog update. Unresolved or unpriced work must be fixed or removed before an estimate can be finalized or shared.
During public launch, a limited Vision Genesis concierge team performs one setup review before customer-facing finalization, PDF creation, or sharing is released for a new workspace. That review does not replace your responsibility for each estimate.
Your responsibility
You confirm that you have authority to provide the submitted material and that you will not upload unnecessary sensitive information. AI output is a draft; you remain responsible for every estimate sent to a customer.
We do not use private workspace content to train our own general-purpose models. See the Privacy Policy for retention, providers, exports, and deletion.
