Export or delete your workspace

Sign in as the workspace owner, open Account in your dashboard, and choose Request export & deletion. We verify the request, prepare an export, then schedule active-system deletion after the export window. Residual encrypted backups are deleted or age out within 30 days.

If you cannot sign in, email ryan@visiongenesisai.com from the workspace owner’s email. Do not send recordings, invoices, customer files, passwords, or payment information by email.

Canceling billing and deleting data are separate actions. Cancel your subscription in the billing portal to stop renewal; request deletion when you also want the workspace data removed.
